Owners Jarko and Janka traveled to the scenic Valdobbiadene region in Italy, where the world's best prosecco is produced. They traveled among the vineyards, tasting different wines and searching for one that would be unique, fresh, and special.
Their journey took them to the Cantina Colli del Soligo winery, where they found a prosecco that immediately won their hearts – Soligo Col de Mez Prosecco "Strachan" DOCG Extra Dry.
Fresh and elegant in aroma, accompanied by a delicate sparkling throughout its time in the glass. The taste is of fresh tropical fruits with a spicy acidity in the end. The wine is produced exclusively from 100% Glera grapes. The grapes come from older vineyards near the Soligo winery called "Col de Mez".
This series of prosecco was produced in limited quantities for the Strachan Group.
