1. Strachan Resort Club Loyalty Program and Rules

1.1 The STRACHAN RESORT Loyalty Program regulates the benefits and rules of their provision for permanent (loyal) clients of STRACHAN RESORT accommodation facilities: Grand Hotel**** Bachledka Strachan, Wellness Penzión*** Strachan, Chalet Strachan, which are “STRACHAN RESORT members” (hereinafter together “STRACHAN RESORT”). These are mainly the conditions for issuing and using various types of E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT cards, purchasing of goods and services at STRACHAN RESORT establishments at discounted prices, conditions for obtaining loyalty points and how to use them, how to obtain transactions for accommodation and stay packages specified in more detail on the website of the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty program (www.strachanresort.sk).

To avoid any doubts regarding the determination of discounts, rewards and benefits for clients, the offer of discounts and rewards is currently published on the websites exclusively:  www.strachanresort.sk, www.hotelbachledka.skwww.penzionstrachan.sk, www.chaletstrachan.sk 

1.2 Basic concepts:

a) “Transaction”: The Transaction is understood as each client’s payment through the hotel account for the provision of a service or for the purchase of goods in any STRACHAN RESORT establishment by presenting of the valid client’s E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card payment.

b) “Transaction Account”: Transaction Account is understood as the cumulative sum of individual transactions realized for the last 24 months. The amount of the cumulative account is the nominating criterion for setting of the limit for determining the type of card in the STRACHAN RESORT Club. The transaction account is kept in euros. For example, if a client uses 450 euros for one stay and pays 450 euros for goods and services, 450 points will be added to his transaction account.

c) “E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card”: A card of the STRACHAN RESORT hotel network issued to the client is an authorization element through which program members apply discounts, record transactions and point operations in STRACHAN RESORT hotels. The type of card depends on the current status of the client’s transaction account and is determined by:

Points: For each transaction, the holder of the E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card will receive a points at the rate of 1 euro = 1 point (hereinafter referred to as “valid exchange rates”). The points can be used by the E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card holder for the purchase of products and services according to the current valid offer of rewards and benefits. By drawing points, the amount of the transaction account does not change.

1.3 Membership in the Loyalty Program and E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card.

1.3.1 Every adult natural person can become a member of the STRACHAN RESORT club Loyalty Program. A member of the program cannot be a legal person (e.g. trading company) or a natural person – entrepreneur. Each natural person can only have one membership in the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program.

1.3.2 Membership in the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program is subject to the client’s ability to perform legal acts, fill out of the registration form, express consent to the GTC, consent to the processing of their personal data and consent to the sending of business and marketing offers. The client becomes a Loyalty Program member on the basis of registration (https://klub.strachanresort.sk/sk/) to the STRACHAN RESORT Club and subsequently by performing any transaction in the accommodation facilities of STRACHAN RESORT. Card registration is free.

1.3.3 Membership in STRACHAN RESORT Club, which is the client’s participation in the Loyalty Program, is proven by the E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card. E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card is the basic identification card of the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program. The card always contains a unique bar code, which is also the client’s identification number. The card is intended for the authorization of Loyalty Program members. Any discounts and benefits of the Loyalty Program can be used by the client exclusively through a valid E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card.

1.3.4 Advantages of the STRACHAN RESORT Club:

a) Discounts on accommodation prices and stay packages immediately after registration.

b) Possibility of exchanging points for services and benefits.

c) Special offers of discounted stays only for STRACHAN RESORT club members.

d) Bonus benefits for VIP clients, if the client is a holder of a STRACHAN RESORT club VIP card.

e) Regular information about news, stays and special events in the STRACHAN RESORT network of hotels.

1.4 Handling of the E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card

1.4.1 A member of the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program is entitled to use the E- STRACHAN RESORT card in accordance with the GTC. In case of termination of membership in the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program, the STRACHAN RESORT Club member is deleted from the STRACHAN RESORT Club database and the E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card becomes invalid.

1.4.2 After the termination of the authorization to use the E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card, the member of the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program is responsible for any damage caused as a result of the unauthorized use of the E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card and undertakes to replace it in full to the STRACHAN RESORT establishments.

1.4.3 The E – STRACHAN RESORT card is non-transferable and is valid only with a valid identity document of the program member in whose name it was issued.

1.4.4 The acceptance of the E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card takes place at the marked acceptance points of the STRACHAN RESORT Club upon presentation of a valid E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card.

1.4.5 By means of the E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card, members of the Loyalty Program are entitled to use the discounts at acceptance points, to load points into the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program, to load transactions into the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program and to receive rewards according to the current offer of rewards and benefits.

1.4.6 If a member of the loyalty program does not present an E- STRACHAN RESORT card when ordering, using services, paying or requesting to add points, he is not entitled to use discounts, request the addition of points, request the addition of transactions nor receive a benefit from membership in Loyalty Program of the STRACHAN RESORT Club.

1.5 Provision of discounts for members of the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program

1.5.1 Purchases at discounted prices are made by members of the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program using valid E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT cards in the network of STRACHAN RESORT Club acceptance points.

1.6 Points in the Loyalty Program STRACHAN RESORT Club and types of cards

1.6.1 A member of the Loyalty Program is entitled to purchase goods, services and products in STRACHAN RESORT establishments, for which, upon presentation of a valid E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card, he receives a transaction account entry and loyalty points.

1.6.2 Each transaction is credited to the transaction account. After a period of 24 months has passed since the transaction was credited to the transaction account, the transaction will be subtracted from the account if the client has not made any transaction in the STRACHAN RESORT facilities within 24 months since the last purchase.

1.6.3 A member of the Loyalty Program can use his E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card to apply a discount on a stay for a maximum of 3 rooms in the same hotel and on the same date.

● STRACHAN RESORT Club SILVER card

a.) The client becomes the holder of the STRACHAN RESORT Club SILVER card at the moment of sending the registration to the STRACHAN RESORT Club. Starting with registration, the client has the opportunity to shop at STRACHAN RESORT accommodation establishments with a discount of 5% from the current price of accommodation or the price of currently offered accommodation packages. A discount of 5% remains to the client as long as the client remains a member of the STRACHAN RESORT Club.

1.6.4 In the event that a member of the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program purchases his stay (accommodation) through an intermediary (travel agency, discount portal, intermediary portal and/or others), the corresponding discount from the E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card will not be applied to such a stay. In this case, the client is also not entitled to credit the transaction to the transaction account or to credit loyalty points to the E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card.

1.6.5 The member of the loyalty program receives information about the current status of his transaction account and points account by e-mail or SMS. A member of the Loyalty Program can check information about his points status at any time on the website: https://klub.strachanresort.sk/sk/

1.6.6 When paying the bill at the STRACHAN RESORT hotel and after presenting a valid E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card, the hotel employee is obliged to issue the client a receipt, on the basis of which the client can check the status of credited transactions and loyalty points. In the event that the value of credited transactions or loyalty points does not correspond to the value of the paid account, the member of the loyalty program has the right to claim the adding of the correct value of transactions or points. The condition for additional crediting of points is to send a copy of the receipt to the address: online@strachangroup.sk

1.6.7 In the event that STRACHAN RESORT discovers that transactions or loyalty points have been credited to a member of the Loyalty Program in contrary to the GTC, STRACHAN RESORT has the right to withdraw unauthorized transactions or loyalty points from the account of the member of the Loyalty Program.

1.7 Loss, theft, damage and issuance of a replacement E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card.

1.7.1 The member of the Loyalty Program is obliged to protect the E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card against its loss, damage, misuse and/or destruction. The member is also obliged to ensure that the E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card does not become available to an unauthorized person.

1.7.2 The member of the loyalty program is obliged to report the loss, theft or damage of the E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card without undue delay by email to the address: online@strachangroup.sk.

1.7.3 In the event of loss, theft and/or damage of the card a member of the Loyalty Program can ask STRACHAN RESORT to issue a new E – STRACHAN RESORT card by sending a request by email to the address: online@strachangroup.sk.

1.7.4 By issuing a replacement E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card with a new bar code, all registered entries on the Loyalty Program member’s account remain valid and the new E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card is assigned to the account as the only currently valid one. The original card will be disabled and blocked.

1.8 Account blocking and termination of membership in the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program

1.8.1 In the event that a member of the Loyalty Program break the GTC, STRACHAN RESORT is entitled to block the account of a member of the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program, even without prior notice. It is considered a break of the GTC if

(i) the use of the E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card is in violation of the GTC,

(ii) the E – STRACHAN RESORT RESORT card is provided to a third party who is not entitled to use the discounts, 

(iii) any action of a Loyalty Program member is evaluated by STRACHAN RESORT as inappropriate, unethical and/or contrary to the purpose and policy of the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program.

STRACHAN RESORT reserves the right to unilaterally decide whether the member has violate the GTC by his actions with final validity.

1.8.2 Membership in the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program ceases to exist by:

a) Immediate termination of membership in the Loyalty Program for the reasons stated in point 1.8.3 of the GTC

b) By terminating of the membership in the Loyalty Program according to point 1.8.4 of the LP

c) Termination of the activity of the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program based on the decision of STRACHAN RESORT

1.8.3 Membership in the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program is terminated immediately, if it is discovered that a member of the program misused the discounts and/or benefits provided by the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program and/or illegally provided the E – STRACHAN RESORT card to a third party not authorized to use the discounts. , and/or otherwise violated the GTC or provided false information in the registration application.

1.8.4 A member of the Loyalty Program and STRACHAN RESORT are entitled to terminate membership in the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program on the basis of a written termination of membership. In case of termination of membership, the membership always expires on the day of delivery of the written termination to the member or STRACHAN RESORT. By written form is also understood the sending of membership termination via e-mail to the e-mail address of the STRACHAN RESORT: online@strachanresort.sk or the e-mail address of a member of the loyalty program.

1.8.5 Upon termination of membership for any reason and in any way, the member of the Loyalty Program loses all rights and claims related to membership in the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program, in particular claims to all loyalty points credited to the account, claims to all transactions credited to the transaction account and discounts and benefits resulting from membership.

1.9 Information on the processing of personal data

1.9.1 Information on the processing of personal data of Loyalty Program members, their rights and their application is published at www.strachanresort.sk

1.10 Final provisions of the General Rules of the Loyalty Program

1.10.1 These General Rules of the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program become valid and effective on the day of their publication on the website www.strachanresort.sk.

1.10.2 Discounts, benefits and all other benefits for members of the STRACHAN RESORT Club Loyalty Program are not legally enforceable.

1.10.3 STRACHAN RESORT reserves the right to unilaterally change the GTC at any time, with the fact that the GTC change is valid on the day of their publication on the website www.strachanresort.sk.
